Do I really need a specific orthotic for my foot type?
The short answer is yes you do. Whether you have Flat Feet, High Arches or a Normal Arch you need an insole that will contour to your foot and help support the type of arch you have. All our orthotics are total contact once the heat of your feet start to mold the material to your arch type.
What diagnosis are the gel heel cups good for?
The gel heel cups are designed to take pressure off the back of the heel and the bottom. The more specific diagnosis they help with are Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Achilles Tendonitis, Sever’s Disease and Haglunds Deformity.
Does the Cushion Orthotic help a diabetic foot?
Yes it does. The top cover material is made of real plastizote. The top cover and other layers are meant to reduce shear friction and force to minimize callouses on a diabetic foot. The plastizote also is diabetic friendly and arthritic friendly to help cushion and take natural shape to the foot for support.
